1. Service Description

EIN by Lagash is a service provided by Lagash Ltd that assists non-US residents in obtaining their Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with the IRS.

2. Service Fee

The service fee for EIN by Lagash is $199.99 (USD). This fee is charged upon submission of your application and payment is processed securely via PayPal.

3. Processing Time

We aim to deliver your EIN within 2-3 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Processing times may vary based on IRS response times and the completeness of your application.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

If we fail to deliver your EIN within 5 business days from the date of payment confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund of the service fee. To request a refund, please contact us at ein@lagash.biz. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Respond promptly to any requests for additional information
• Ensure all required documentation is provided
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your application information

6. Limitation of Liability

Lagash Ltd shall not be liable for any delays in EIN processing caused by the IRS, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if we fail to deliver your EIN within 5 business days. Once your EIN has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original payment date.
